Information that stays in your browser

Spelling words, raw text, worksheet titles, generated document models, and PDF files are processed in your browser. They are not included in analytics events, URLs, or server request bodies. A short-lived draft may be saved in local browser storage so an accidental refresh does not erase your work. You can clear that draft from the generator.

Anonymous usage information

We may collect a small set of anonymous product events, such as a page view, a generator start, selected worksheet types, paper size, broad word-count buckets, success or failure status, and coarse performance timing. These events are allowlisted and must not contain raw words, titles, PDF content, email addresses, student names, or other classroom data.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is optional and does not load until you select Allow analytics. If you allow it, we send query-free page views for public pages. We do not send worksheet words, definitions, titles, generated documents, PDFs, or generator product events to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, Google Signals, and Enhanced Measurement are disabled.

Google may process the page path and title, referring-site origin, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, and analytics cookies. After consent, Google Analytics may also create its standard automatically collected session and engagement events. You can decline analytics or change your choice later through Analytics Preferences in the footer. Turning analytics off disables future collection in the current browser and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.

Technical records

Hosting and security providers may process routine request data such as an IP address, user agent, request time, and requested page to deliver and protect the site. Application logs are not intended to record worksheet content.

Children and classroom information

Do not enter student names, contact details, health information, or other confidential classroom records. The tool is intended for adults preparing worksheets, not for collecting information directly from children.

Third parties and sales

Build Worksheets does not sell word lists or generated documents. Stage 0 does not include accounts, advertising, payments, a cloud document history, or an external AI service.
